Behavior Profile of Malaysian Students: Why do they do what they do?

An increase in social problems among the adolescents has followed Malaysia's rapid development. Students aged 13-17 years old were polled on the characteristics and forms of good or bad behavior and why they adopted these behavoirs. The results enabled a behavioral profile of such students to be drawn. Analysis of the poll also provided results which can be used to help counsellors better understand this population, and plan preventive and intervention programs.
