It is my pleasure to inform you that the Association of Psychological and educational Counsellors of Asia-Pacific will be holding its 16th Biennial Conference-Workshop at the Cebu Midtown Hotel in Cebu City, Philippines on July 26-28, 2006.

Psychology and Counselling for Life-Long Learning hopes to give a breath of fresh air in this era of natural calamities and man-made disasters.

The tentative program is enclosed to facilitate your decision-making regarding the kind of participation you would like. If you wish to present a paper or run a workshop, please submit the enclosed Registration Form with a 600 word abstract. APECA reserves the right to select the proposals to be included. Final inclusion in the program will be done upon full payment of the non-refundable but transferable Registration Fee. Deadline of abstract submission is April, 1 2006.

You will note that the conference fee for the 3-day affair will only cost PhP4,000.00/PhP4,500.00 if you register early. This fee includes 3 lunches, 6 snacks, 2 dinners. The hotel rate is approximately PhP1,700.00/person/day with breakfast, for twin sharing.
